1.2 CCC and its partners hold the intellectual property rights (including database rights) over the logos and all other materials presented on this website, as well as any subcategory or distinct section of the website.
1.3 The terms and conditions may be modified at any time, without prior notice being required. Changes and information regarding their validity will be posted on this site to inform all interested parties (including, but not limited to: site users, individuals selected for various programs, participants in a specific program). Therefore, it is recommended that you regularly refer to this policy to check its updated content.

2. DEFINING CERTAIN TERMS
2.1 CCC / Cluj Cultural Centre – refers to the Association Cluj Cultural Centre, located in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Fluierașului no. 3, Cluj County, registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations under no. 166/2010, tax registration code 27626490;
2.2 Document – this Policy regarding Terms and Conditions, which will govern the relationship between all individuals who access or use the website (or any subcategory of the website) and which will be interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any non-compliance or invalidity of any part or clause of this Document with other applicable legal provisions shall not affect the validity and legality of the other provisions of this Document;
2.3 Program – represents the generic term by which we refer to any project/program developed by the Cluj Cultural Centre Association through or with the help of the website www.contemporar.ro.

2.6 Partner / Partners – refers to the partner institutions of the Cluj Cultural Centre Association.

In the event of any dispute arising from the contractual relationship or resulting from or related to the conclusion, interpretation, execution, or termination thereof, it will be resolved either through claims submitted to the competent courts or through arbitration by the Court of Arbitration attached to the Cluj Chamber of Commerce and Industry, according to its procedures and by a single arbitrator. Each party has the option to choose one of the two methods of dispute resolution.
